Dreaminc brought the design vision of Pierce and Ward to life in just 90 days, a true testament to our collaborative spirit. This project was a custom build in every sense, and we relished the challenge of creating every detail.
Given its unique location, every element had to be constructed on-site within the hotel, often while guests slept. This even necessitated a dedicated, full-time elevator manager to ensure smooth operations.

Originally built in the 1930s, this meticulously restored historic home in the highly sought-after Belmont and 12South area seamlessly blends timeless charm with modern luxury. Offering an expansive 4,600 square feet of exquisitely designed living space. Residents will enjoy breathtaking views and the high-end finishes that adorn each room to the intelligent layout that maximizes comfort and functionality.

2002 20th Ave.
​Dreaminc. was hired to add an addition to this 1928 historic home. In collaboration with the home owner. We had a lot of creative freedom. The home owners were open for modern aesthetic, we had the opportunity to incorporate a Hersey chocolate mixing cart into a functional tub, Along with using colorful materials. The outcome was a success for our friends. Winning us an award for remodeling excellence.
2224 Blair Blvd.
We purchased this home in the historic overlay for its unique front porch, solid structure, and large lot, which allowed for a distinctive outdoor space. We rebuilt the porch, restored original windows, maintained the existing trellis and front plants while adding new landscaping, off-street parking, and privacy. The original chimney's exterior was integrated into the kitchen design. We love this house and its color palette, and the new owners are very happy.
