This house was stuck in the 70's and we couldn't resist to bring it into a new era of design. Inside, the original decorative wood trim was salvaged during the renovation process and reused. The front gable/porch was added for the face lift.

Over the years the exterior of this home experienced some wear and tear and was in much need of some TLC. The entire exterior was touched up with the use of three colors that helped bring it to life. Some of the wood in the columns was rotten and repaired, the garage was painted and areas on the roof were replaced with new shingles.
Once a porch, now a 380 sq. foot functional family room. By enclosing the space, adding casement windows, and extending the homes exotic cherry hardwoods into the new space we created a seamless transition. To make it the ultimate family room a stone wood burning fireplace was added as the rooms focal point. Custom wood ceiling beams were hand crafted for height and visual impact along with some upper lighting for warmth.
We created an outdoor living space that would serve as a bug free environment and entertainment area for the whole family. This home had too much weathered and a worn deck that wasn't very user friendly. The decision was clear to use cedar wood, and copper screens, creating some height with exposed ceiling beams and rafter detail. A new color pallet was chosen to freshen up the old one. Now football games and laughter is all to be heard.

The need for expansion led this growing family to find the perfect architect. The unused garage became a modern open fab addition. This allowed for a guest suite, screened porch and designated patio area. Stone, metal, and cedar elements were incorporated and brining out the taste of the home owner.

Pool / Garage / Outdoor kitchen with pergola, heated salt water pool, two-car garage with studio space above, outdoor shower, sitting area, fire pit, green space, audio, lighting, irrigation and privacy. It was critical to keep elements of design practical, yet functional to maximize the use within the given space. The new environment that we created surpassed our clients expectations in the development of this outdoor living area.

It was finally time for a master suite to make its way into this great home. A beautiful contemporary space was created to allow for the master suite, sitting room, and luxurious bath. A two car garage was added along with a kitchen revamp. As always, we gained a few life long friends during the process.

Yet back again... the next project was the master bath, the builder grade finishes were just not cutting it. This master bath quickly turned into a sleek spa retreat.
Originally this brick ranch kitchen laid dormant for 30 years and the knotty pine 6 foot space had to go. We blew out the porch to add an incredible kitchen with an element of their love for Italy. This area is now a place for the large family to gather and cook.
